NOVA member Dax Lonetto will discuss how to prepare and win entitlement to TDIU with tactics used in Social Security Disability (SSD) claims. He will provide practice tips based on Ray v. Wilkie, address exertional and nonexertional limitations based on SSD definitions, and discuss the role of lay evidence.
Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Dax J. Lonetto, Sr., Esq., has a long history of success. He graduated with honors from Jesuit High School in 1998 and went on to graduate with honors from Florida State University in 2002. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the College of Law at Florida State University in 2005 and is a member of the Florida Bar. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He has been fighting for individuals with disabilities ever since focusing the entirety of his practice on VA and Social Security Disability, and is both a NOVA and NOSSCR member. He has operated his own firm – Dax J. Lonetto, Sr., PLLC – since 2014.
